| VICTORY ESTATES is a Real Estate Agency established in July 2002 in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa. The agency consisted of its founder member, Vic Cannone, plus two additional estate agents.
Initially they conducted their business from residential premises and only covered a small portion of the Durbanville market. In June 2003 they relocated to rented, commercial premises and occupied these offices until September 2004 when they purchased their own commercial premises in the CBD of Durbanville at Sir Benjamin Promenade office park in Oxford Street, DURBANVILLE.
By 2007 the Agency has grown to eleven agents with the Head Office in Durbanville and franchisees operating from the Durbanville office as well as Bellville.
VICTORY ESTATES’ main sphere of business is the sale of residential homes, town houses, apartments, vacant plots and plot & plan residential developments as well as residential rentals.
Although, unrestricted in areas of operation, the main focus is Durbanville, Bellville, Uitzicht, Philadelphia and Brackenfell
Because no candidate or inexperienced agents are employed or contracted by the VIC CANNONE PROPERTY GROUP, only qualified, experienced estate agents may trade under the VICTORY ESTATES banner.
